Larb Moo (Spicy Minced Pork Salad)

Larb Moo (Spicy Minced Pork Salad) is a name of Thai dish which is very popular in Thailand. The perfectly combination taste of minced pork, spicy, salty, sour and aromatic of herbs mixed together. Normally Larb Moo is eaten along with sticky rice.  You can also cook this dish with other meats (chicken, beef, duck or mushrooms).

Ingredients

Serves: 1 – 2

300 grams minced pork (or minced chicken, minced beef, minced duck or mushrooms)

½ cup of water or soup

½ – 1 tablespoon of chilli flakes

¼ tablespoon of sugar

½ tablespoon of fish sauce

1 tablespoon of roasted rice powder

1-2 limes

3-4 small Thai shallots

2-3 spring onions

2-3 Culantro leaves

Small bunch mint leaves (around 15 – 20 leaves)
