Shipping

All packages are sent to you by Airmail and we have two options of shipping for you :

Standard Shipping: approximately 12 – 25 business days. This service may not be available in all countries.
Express Shipping: approximately 5 – 10 business days. This service may not be available in all countries.

The cost of shipping depends on your shipping address and shipping option. The items price and shipping cost are not included for additional customs fees, import taxes, brokerage fees.

The tacking number will be available and sent to your email by 5 business days for retail and 10 business days for wholesale after payment confirmation. You can track your shipping status at our Tracking Order page.

Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping delays. It is possible that the delivery of your order could be delayed due to customs processing. If your order does not arrive within a reasonable time, you should check directly with your local customs office.

Payment

We currently accept only payment by Paypal which is safe and more convenient.

Customs

Your order may be charged for customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees etc.) in your country. We are not responsible for any additional charges and please check import restrictions in your country before placing order as customs of each country are varied by its regulation and laws.

Refund

We can process refunds only for items purchased from Babthithai.com for receiving with incorrect item please provide us photo of evidence and send to babthaithaiofficial@gmail.com by 7 days after receiving item.
